I have decided it was time to give my family room an updated look. I wanted it to have a warm inviting feel, but also to be a place that family and friends would enjoy to just come over and hang out.

My husband moved our pool table into the family room
from the garage. He also added a beautiful tasteful looking bar he had purchased
from a friend of ours. These items were a great start to the over all look
and feel of the room.
The room was coming together, we put in a big screen television with surround sound and a beautiful leather sectional sofa for plenty of seating. We moved an old dining room table we had in storage into the family room so we would have a place to sit and have drinks, eat or play card games.
The table was not at all what I wanted in this room, in fact, I was not happy with it at all. The style of the table actually clashed with our other decor in the room.
I set out to find a table for the room. I took the advice of a friend who had just recently redecorated their basement and went to a local furniture store that specialized in pub tables.
As soon as I entered the showroom, I knew I was going to find the table I wanted. There were so many choices but I instantly fell for the metal tables, they gave off the exact vibe I was looking for. I chose two metal pub tables and stools to match. These tables look great and are a perfect addition to our family entertainment room.
